HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is a Jackson charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
