HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Lantern Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 579 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
