HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
