HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
