HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
