HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Granite Staffing places workers with employers around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
