HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Iron Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Indianapolis region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
