HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Orchard Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 820 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
