HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
