HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
