HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Amberfield Umber Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
