HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
