HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
