HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Clearpath North Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
