HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
