HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 807 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
