HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Summit Willow Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 879 people based in Houston. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
