HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Basin Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 252 people based in Houston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
