HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
