HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
