HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Houston, TX)

Bright Cobalt Financial is a financial-services company in Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
