HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Granite Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Honolulu. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
