HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
