HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Stone Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
