HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Honolulu. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 568 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
