HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Birch Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Honolulu with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
