HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
