HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Honolulu caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
