Redstone Willow Learning Group Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
