HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
