HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Ashton Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Hartford, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
