HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Field Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
