Northwind Drift Facilities Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
