HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Willow Medical is a Fresno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
