HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
