HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Loom Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
