HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 402 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
