HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
