HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
