HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
