HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Nova Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Fresno with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
