HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
