HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Nova Linden Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct.
