HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Yarrow Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
