HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
