HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Timber Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
