HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
