HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Fort Worth design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
