HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Fern Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
