HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Summit Staffing is a El Paso staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
